1. General Policy

At Devangar Thirumanam, we strive to provide the best matrimonial services to our members. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is requested. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be processed.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

• Membership fees once the profile is activated and services are rendered.
• Any promotional or discounted membership plans.
• Services that have been partially or fully utilized.
• Membership fees if the account is terminated due to violation of Terms and Conditions.
• Any additional services or features purchased separately.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged multiple times for the same service due to a payment gateway error.
• Service Not Activated: If your paid membership is not activated within 48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Unauthorized Transaction: If you can prove that the transaction was made without your authorization.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must:

• Submit a written request to our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction date.
• Provide your Profile ID, Transaction ID, and payment receipt.
• Clearly state the reason for the refund request with supporting evidence if applicable.
• Allow up to 15 business days for the refund request to be reviewed and processed.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

• The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

6. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued at the discretion of Devangar Thirumanam management. This may apply if you have used some services but wish to cancel your membership due to exceptional circumstances. The refund amount will be calculated based on the services utilized.

7. Plan Upgrades

If you upgrade your membership plan within 5 days of purchase and have used less than 5 contacts, you may be eligible for an adjustment. The difference in plan cost will be adjusted, and no refund will be issued for the original plan. Contact our support team for upgrade assistance.

8. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting our support team.
• Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless you meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
• Once cancelled, you will lose access to all premium features immediately.
• Any unused portion of your membership will not be refunded.

9. Marriage Confirmation

If your marriage is fixed through our platform or otherwise, your membership will be terminated immediately, and no refund will be provided for the remaining membership period. This is in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

10. Exceptions

Devangar Thirumanam reserves the right to:

• Refuse refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
• Investigate suspicious or fraudulent refund claims.
• Modify this Refund Policy at any time with prior notice to members.
• Make final decisions on all refund requests, which will be binding.
